5.The service is processed by automated procedures 7×24 hours a day. Once the order is submitted, it cannot be cancelled. It also includes the delay of the order due to various additional factors, unless the supplier applies for and obtains consent after the delay.；
6.If the device cannot be activated due to forgetting the iCloud account or password (commonly known as Apple ID) after unlocking, no refund will be given (if you are not logged in to iCloud, you can ignore this clause).
